Who We Are

We use accounting technology like an angel playing a harp.  Our numbers flow like the milky way, an ever present stream of beautiful data.  We issue our financial statements both electronically and inscribe them by hand in ink mixed with liquid gold…. Just kidding, but if that made anyone smile then I call it a success.

What we are though, is a specialist CPA firm working only with tribal governments and non-profit entities.  Our partners worked at the largest CPA firms in the nation and managed their largest tribal government audit engagements.  Our approach is to be relentless on pursuing quality in our work, and for consulting engagements, relentless in supporting our clients.   

We are a Federally Certified Disadvantaged Business Enterprise, Washington State Certified Minority owned firm, HUD Section 3 certified, and consider cultural understanding just as important as technical understanding. We know that behind the grants that we audit there are real people, and real issues.

Award Winning Firm

In 2020 we won the Business for All Grant from Hello Alice & Verizon Wireless, a grant aimed at minority business development.  Our goal is to change the landscape for CPAs in the Tribal Government and Non-Profit Auditing Industry.  We’ve seen how skewed the big firms are in the makeup of their personnel.  CPA firms should bring jobs to the rez, not just come once a year and act high and mighty.

Tier 3 Firm

We are a new type of accounting firm, called a “tier 3” accounting firm. We are structured in a way that provides an audit team consisting entirely of senior level specialists, with no lower-level accountants. We accomplish this by fully embracing new technology, emphasizing the use of data aggregation tools, and collaborating remotely, which dramatically cuts down our costs.  We cut out the corporate intermediary, and provide to you only the services you need.  We focus entirely on quality of service, employing triple layer reviews for all important workpapers.
